How to Save a Document

Saving your notes ensures you never lose important information. Our online notepad lets you save in two convenient formats Text and PDF in just one click. This makes it easy to store, share, or print your notes while keeping them secure.

Save Text

Saving in plain text format is ideal for simple notes, coding snippets, or content that does not require styling.

Steps to Save in Text Format

Click on the “Save” icon in the quick toolbar (recommended for faster access).

Alternatively, go to the “File” menu in the menu bar and select “Save”.

  • Your notes will be saved instantly in text format.

Download PDF

If you need to preserve font styles, formatting, or layouts, downloading as PDF is the best choice.

Steps to Save in Text Format

Click on the “Save as PDF” icon in the quick toolbar (recommended).

Or, hover over the “File” menu and select “Save as PDF”.

  • The note will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder. You can rename it later as needed.

Tip: Always keep a backup of your most important notes in both text and PDF formats. This ensures accessibility across multiple devices and prevents data loss.
